DadBot is a group-chat assistant operated by Mike Cerrone for private groups and invited pilot leagues. This policy describes what DadBot collects, stores, and shares.
If you request a trial, we collect your name, email address, fantasy platform, group-chat platform, and your permission to contact you about the request. Mike uses these details to review compatibility, arrange setup, and follow up about the trial. Submitting a request does not create a group, connect a fantasy account, or start a paid subscription.
Contact details are stored encrypted and are visible to the authenticated operator. We store a keyed fingerprint of your email to prevent duplicates and a daily-scoped, keyed fingerprint of the request address to limit automated submissions; the signup record does not store your raw IP address. Trial requests are not added to group-chat prompts or sold to advertisers. Hosting and database providers process requests to operate this form.
To withdraw your request or ask us to delete it, email mike@firstturn.xyz. We retain the request to arrange and follow up on your trial until you ask for deletion.
Messages and profile data are retained for as long as the bot is active in the group. To delete your data or remove yourself, contact the operator at the email below; data will be removed within 30 days.
If you already verified a Launchpad seat, send the exact message DadBot privacy from your verified Telegram or iMessage account. DadBot will send a fresh private route by direct message and retire earlier member routes. The command is handled before ordinary conversation storage.
The private controls let you review, correct, export, suppress, or request deletion of information about you. Requests receive a stable reference and a content-free timeline with the next expected update, human review, and overdue escalation. If DadBot cannot match one verified seat, contact the operator for audited recovery.
The bot uses the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar scope solely to add, list, edit, and delete events on the calendar the operator explicitly links. The bot never accesses calendars that haven't been linked, and never reads or writes user-owned (personal) calendars.
